Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food preparation, food safety, sanitation, and kitchen support as needed Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of dining areas through bussing tables and supporting sanitation protocols Use reservation management tools such as OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality industry preferred; fine dining or nightclub experience a plus Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining guest satisfaction Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or food preparation is advantageous Ability to work flexible hours including nights; previous hospitality or guest relations experience is beneficial Join our team at where your passion for hospitality can shine.
