Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements to ensure a smooth flow of service Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, ensuring all special requests are noted Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, ingredients, and wine pairings to elevate the guest experience Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or upscale restaurants Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest relations professionally Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy service hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining genuine guest engagement Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience with food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus for better understanding of the food industry dynamics Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
