About the Role Our runners are the heartbeat of the dining room — welcoming guests with warmth and grace, keeping service moving, and ensuring every table feels taken care of. The ideal candidate is positive, quick, responsible, and a natural team player who can handle multiple tasks with composure and a smile. What We're Looking For A warm, friendly demeanor and genuine love of hospitality Competency in steps of service Strong knowledge of menu items, including allergen awareness Ability to expedite the line and communicate clearly with the kitchen Comfortable carrying trays of plates from the kitchen to the table Memorization of table and seat numbers Professional composure in a fast-paced environment What We Offer $15-20 per hour average Premium PPO health and dental insurance (Independence Blue Cross) for full-time employees Employee dining benefits at all 13 Fearless Restaurant locations
