Overview:

We are seeking a responsible, team-oriented person to join our team. As a Server, you play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and have fun while working.

Duties :

Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items and specials Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly Promote daily specials Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal Process payments using cash register/Jartrek POS system Handle cash and other payment transactions (gift cards) Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area Bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests

Skills:

Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality Basic math skills for accurate order taking and payment processing Experience with Jartrek or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred Cash handling experience is a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays RAMP certification is a plus This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are excited to provide excellent customer service to our local Veterans and their families.
