In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, and ensuring a memorable dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of POSi Touch craft cocktails is preferred, as you will assist with beverage orders and recommend drinks to guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POSi Touch system. Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Assist with the preparation and presentation of craft cocktails, ensuring consistency and adherence to recipes. Provide detailed descriptions of menu items and drink options to guests, including craft cocktails. Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Handle payments accurately and efficiently through the POS system. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including tables, bar, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure smooth operations. Uphold safety standards and promote a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Requirements Previous experience as a Server or in a similar hospitality role is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of POSi Touch craft cocktails is a plus; willingness to learn is essential. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented mindset.
