Job Description
Job Summary Join our team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! In this lively role, you will deliver outstanding guest service, ensure food and beverage orders are accurately taken and efficiently served, and create a welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your energetic attitude and attention to detail will help foster memorable moments for every guest. Whether guiding guests through our menu, upselling specialties, or maintaining a spotless dining environment, your enthusiasm will drive the success of our restaurant. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, vibrant setting. We pay servers $10 per hour, plus tips. You take home any cash tips that day, and your credit card tips go into your paycheck. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met Assist with food handling, preparation, and sanitation to uphold safety regulations Manage guest relations by addressing questions, special requests, and feedback professionally Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales Clear tables efficiently, bus tables as needed, and support counter service duties during busy periods Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, bar stations, and service stations in compliance with sanitation standards Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering systems and process payments securely Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation when required in a fast-paced environment Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and order calculations accurately Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Previous host/hostess or bussing experience is advantageous but not required A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences Join us as a Server where your energy fuels exceptional service!
