Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with a friendly demeanor Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS system Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality Upsell menu items including wines, spirits, cocktails, and specialty dishes to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and credit transactions accurately, ensuring proper handling of cash handling procedures Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including bussing tables and food handling Provide exceptional guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Experience with fine dining service, cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, spirits experience, and beverage service is a plus Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining excellent customer service skills Experience in guest services roles such as host/hostess or cashiering enhances your candidacy Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
