As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences at various events, including weddings, corporate gatherings, and special celebrations. Your commitment to providing outstanding customer service and attention to detail will ensure that our guests enjoy a memorable experience. Responsibilities Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decorations. Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner. Assist with the bussing of tables, ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the event. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including food safety standards and dietary restrictions. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during events. Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, providing excellent customer service at all times. Clean up after events, including breaking down tables and removing leftover food items. Follow all safety and sanitation policies as outlined by the food industry standards. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
