Duties and Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service. Ensure customer orders are taken, prepared and served in a timely manner. Be knowledgeable food and beverage offerings. Be aware of special requests and food allergies. Ensure necessary information is communicated to the Kitchen team. Keep the server stations and restaurant common areas clean, organized, and free of debris. Be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Be Tips and/or ServSafe Alcohol certified. Uphold the company's policies and procedures including guidelines relating to serving alcoholic beverages. Please note, to serve alcohol in the state of Rhode Island, the server/bartender must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. All other assigned duties.
