The Backyard isn't a typical restaurant, and this isn't a typical restaurant job. We're looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping wherever they're needed, and making guests feel welcome. One minute you might be delivering food to a family gathered under the trees. The next you're clearing a table, helping behind the bar, greeting guests at the gate, or jumping in to keep the night running smoothly. If you're the type of person who sees something that needs to be done and simply does it, you'll fit in well here. What you'll do

• Run food from the kitchen to guests
• Bus and reset tables
• Keep dining areas clean and inviting
• Welcome guests and help them find seating
• Assist bartenders and other service staff during busy periods
• Restock supplies and keep service stations organized
• Help with opening and closing duties
• Pitch in wherever needed to keep the evening flowing What we're looking for

• Willingness to learn different roles as the business grows Restaurant experience is a plus, but attitude matters more.
