FOH Server Staff

The Service Support role is responsible for supporting the Servers, Bartenders, and the front of the house service process providing that exceeds member expectations. The Service Support (SS) pre-buses tables, refills water and communicates to the Server any requests for orders made in passing to ensure all items are prepared properly and served in a timely manner. The SS will assist in delivering food to tables. The SS is a team player who works with all FOH and BOH staff to ensure smooth service. Deliver food to tables Know and keep abreast of the correct appearance, garnish and method of presentation for all menu items and be able to review the dish before delivery and identify and correct any variances The SS must be familiar with and know how to locate food and beverage related items, stock, maintain par levels, and retrieve items for guest various (e.g. coffee, to cups, to go bags, etc.) and maintains the supply level at all times; makes recommendations on changes of our stocks to fill needs Assists with setting, resetting tables, and clearing dishes Sidework such as stocking service items such as glasses and silverware, folding napkins, polishing silverware, filling ice bins, brewing tea/coffee, and other during and after shift, opening and closing duties Ensure expediting area is stocked with necessary supplies, plating requirements, and condiment items All other duties as assigned Minimum Must be 18 years old or older High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as a minimum. Passionate about excellence in hospitality, service, beverage service, and food Ability to work a flexible schedule: days, nights, and/or weekend Frequent standing, walking, bending, pulling, and pushing
