We thrive during Football Season and need extra hands to accomodate our excellent customer base. Servers are must be held accountable for: Greeting customers. Servers should welcome guests when they arrive and provide excellent customer service. Taking orders. Servers take orders for food and drinks from customers, and input them into our computer system. You must present orders promptly and efficiently and welcome feedback from customers. Communicating with kitchen staff. Servers relay orders to the kitchen staff and help them process them. They may also note down special requests. Resolving issues. Servers should check in with customers throughout their meal and address any problems. For example, if an order isn't made to the customer's specifications, they may need to take it back to the kitchen. Maintaining cleanliness and safety. Servers should adhere to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies. Responsible for side duties. Servers are responsible for handling all side work before, during and after their shift to make sure the restaurant and their coworkers are setup for success. Server's Pay will be a base of $2.13/hr. Money varies based on hours worked! Expected $400-$1,100 (Part time vs. full time) Hosts must be accountable for: Greeting ALL customers. Seat the customers with silverware and all menus that apply during that time. Encourage the customers to take a look at the specials sheet and let them know who their server will be. Making sure servers are available and able to handle the incoming tables. Read the room and suggest wait times accordingly. Help wipe down tables if the servers are too busy. Say goodbye to all guests. Answer phone calls to take call in orders if needed. Host pay will range from $12-$16 based on experience. Food Runners must be accountable for: Maintaining a Postive attitude. Keeping up with a clean work space. Filling/Restocking condiments. Bringing customer's food. Retrieving dirty dishes, as to help servers, when possible. Complete sidework
