Host / Server Assistant - Philosophia Clements Ferry Philosophia is opening in Clements Ferry, and we are looking for motivated, reliable team members to join our front-of-house team! We are a Greek restaurant committed to quality food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. As a new location, we are looking for team members who are dependable, personable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Host Duties:

Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service Manage reservations and seating Maintain an organized and welcoming entrance Communicate with servers and management to ensure smooth table flow Assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining room

Server Assistant Duties:

Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables Run food to guests Keep tables and service areas clean and stocked Support servers and other team members during busy shifts Help maintain an organized and efficient dining room

What We're Looking For:

Previous restaurant or hosting experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable and team-oriented Ability to quickly understand, follow, and execute instructions accurately Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Positive and professional attitude Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Pay:

Estimated $18-$26 per hour, including tips This is an estimated total earning range and is not guaranteed. Actual earnings will vary based on sales, shifts, tips, and individual performance.
