Led by Bravo Top Chef alum Jamie Lynch and Chef Adam Hodgson, Emma Fitzpatrick our menu celebrates hyper-local, sustainable ingredients through a seasonal raw and roast program featuring chilled and charcoal-roasted preparations, handmade pastas, fresh produce, and thoughtfully sourced proteins — something genuinely delicious for every guest at the table.
