as a Back Server and Food Runner, where your energy and hospitality skills will elevate the dining experience for every guest. In this dynamic role, you will ensure seamless food service by efficiently delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests' tables, assisting servers with their duties, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests while supporting the smooth operation of our restaurant. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a fast-paced, energetic, fine dining environment. This is a part-time HOURLY position. Responsibilities Deliver prepared food items promptly from the kitchen to guests' tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met Assist servers by bussing tables, refilling beverages, and attending to guest needs to enhance their dining experience Support the kitchen team with food handling, preparation assistance, and maintaining cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations Use POS systems such as Square POS to process orders and payments accurately when required Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, ensuring all areas meet health and safety standards Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and service team to coordinate timely service and address guest requests promptly Handle food safely by adhering to proper handling procedures and sanitation guidelines at all times Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation practices Experience with serving, bussing, or food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role Familiarity with POS systems such as Resy and Square POS is a plus Strong communication skills and a friendly welcoming demeanor are essential for guest interactions Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Must be able to stand and actively move for a minimum of 6-8 hours per shift Commitment to food safety standards and excellent customer service principles Join us and be part of a community driven hospitality group dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
