Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Cashier to join our team. Looking specifically for OPENER availability (1pm-5pm). In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while efficiently handling orders and cash transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills and a passion for the restaurant industry, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using the Aloha POS system. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Prepare food items according to established recipes and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions with precision, ensuring accurate cash handling practices. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food handling and preparation. Qualifications Must be available a minimum of 1-2 shifts per weekend. Availability to work 1 -5 M-F is required! Must be at least 16. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
