Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Servers/Bartender/Hostesses/ Server Assistants to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and other beverages, adhering to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Manage cash and operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, such as Tabit, to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the storage and inventory of beverages, glassware, and utensils.
• Provide recommendations on food and drink options to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions, as well as operate a cash register or POS system.
• Manage tips and ensure compliance with sales and retail math principles.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a positive and welcoming environment, including banquet services when applicable.
• Stay up-to-date on new products, promotions, and trends in the food and beverage industry.
• Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times, adhering to the company's dress code and customer service standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a food and beverage environment, preferably in a restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beers, and wine, as well as the ability to learn and execute new recipes.
• Proficiency in cash handling and operating a POS system, such as Tabit.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude during peak periods.
• Basic math skills and an understanding of sales and retail math principles.
• Physical stamina to lift and move equipment, as well as stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• A passion for the food and beverage industry, with a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests.
