Overview New Italian restaurant and pizzeria located in Fort Mill, SC seeking staff. We are looking to fill multiple roles: Servers, Pizza Man, Dishwasher Part time and full time available. Salary DOE/Negotiable/Tip Based Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency Serve food and beverages promptly while upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, handling food safely, and adhering to food safety protocols Assist with food preparation and kitchen support as needed to ensure timely service during busy hours Support guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming environment Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments Familiarity with POS system Toast for order processing and reservations Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and relationship building Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced setting while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations Experience with serving, bussing, host/hostess duties, or cashiering is highly desirable Culinary or kitchen experience enthusiasm for hospitality is essential Please email George at mamalinaspizza@gmail.com for inquiries and any questions.
