Join our Server Team at Better Than Sex Desserts as we provide exceptional dining experiences in a vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are of age to pour alcohol, passionate about hospitality and dedicated to delivering outstanding guests service. We have full-time and part-time positions available. Up to $1000 weekly. Must be of age to pour alcohol. This role is ideal for servers that can teach the guests how to enjoy their desserts/drinks with comfort and confidence. Duties As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our guests through attentive service and expert knowledge of our menu offerings.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Responsibility to complete our team. 1. Someone who loves to work as a team with others. 2. Someone that loves to put smiles on guests face. 3. Someone that likes to keep a clean and organized work area. 4. Someone that follows instructions and written instructions (like checklists). 5. Some one with excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tables 6. Someone with the personality to complete experience with comfort Requirements expected: 1. Prior Experience serving and providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment 2. Following our Steps of Service with all guest 3. A positive attitude 4. Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system 5. Communicate effectively and respectfully with other team members in both the FOH and BOH 6. Be able to adjust on the fly and adapt to the speed of the restaurant: We are a non-traditional restaurant. 7. The restaurant is an evening concept, so nighttime & WEEKEND availability is a must. SHIFTS Begin at 4:00pm to 4:30pm. Must be able to stand for up to 9 hours.

Pay:

$400.00 - $1,000.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 - 32.0 per week
