Server Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. Greet guests promptly and warmly, present menus, and explain daily features. Take accurate food and beverage orders, using our Toast POS system efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Strong knowledge of food and beverage (for servers, Italian wine & cuisine knowledge is a plus; for bartenders, cocktail knowledge and mixology skills are essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs.
