Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring high standards of presentation. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring all items are sanitized and meet health standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality throughout the dining experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting, particularly in a nightclub or similar atmosphere.
