We are a high-volume restaurant known for our attention to detail, seasonal cuisine, and warm, professional service. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, operate with a strong sense of urgency, and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Position Summary The Server Assistant plays a critical role in supporting servers and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This position requires efficiency, awareness, and a proactive mindset to anticipate the needs of both guests and team members. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
- Assist servers by delivering food promptly and accurately to tables
- Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to restaurant standards
- Fill water glasses upon guest arrival at the table, refill drinks, and support guest needs as appropriate
- Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service
- Stock and restock service stations, including glassware, silverware, and linens
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards Qualifications
- Ability to operate with a strong sense of urgency in a high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to be a team player
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to anticipate needs and stay one step ahead during service
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
