Overview Join our dynamic team as a Server and become the heart of our exceptional dining experience! Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly guest relations to enhance their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring all special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation, sanitation, and food safety protocols Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities while respecting guest preferences Handle cash transactions accurately through cashiering and cash handling procedures, including basic math calculations for bills and tips Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during busy nights or nightclub events, providing excellent guest services at all times Requirements Prior restaurant experience with a strong background in food service, hospitality, or fine dining environments Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable; experience with food handling and sanitation practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume service periods; multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings Knowledge of food industry standards including food safety, sanitation, basic math skills for cashiering, and proper food handling techniques Experience with upselling techniques to increase sales while maintaining guest satisfaction Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team in a nightclub or restaurant setting Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable dining experiences!
