Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards and proper food handling procedures Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations in accordance with sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and supporting kitchen staff when needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially in fine dining Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle guest interactions professionally Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities without compromising guest satisfaction Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and accurate bill processing Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus for understanding food preparation and presentation standards Experience is a plus, however not required.
