SEAR Steakhouse Black Hills is a locally owned, newly renovated restaurant offering an elevated casual dining experience where everyone is welcome. Our goal at Sear is to be the best steakhouse in the Hills. We offer a menu built on whole ingredients and recipes developed in house. Our menu boasts options to please every guest.

Duties:
- Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver orders to tables in a timely manner, observe guests to ensure satisfaction of food and service
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or requests
- Coordinate stations and communicate with front and back-of-house personnel
Requirements:
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and practices
