Job Description
Arrowhead is accepting applications for motivated, experienced individuals to join our company as a Restaurant server to provide excellent customer service and an enjoyable dining experience for our members and guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, operating our POS system, delivering their food and beverages, and clearing their tables when finished as well as daily side work obligations. Previous customer service/ serving experience is recommended but not necessary.
- Flexible Scheduling
- Hiring for day time and evening servers
- Daytime shifts start at 11am until ~ 3:00 pm
- Evening shifts start at 4:00 PM until ~ 9:00 pm
- Must meet state minimum legal age requirements for serving alcohol Provide excellent customer service Greet members and present menu's Make suggestions based on their preferences Take and serve food/drinks orders Detail any features/ specials Keep tables clean and tidy at all times Deliver checks and collect payments Communicate with all serving and kitchen staff
