Join us at the Hilton Garden Inn Sioux Falls Downtown! We are looking for part time team members to help make our banquet events amazing!

Role Summary:
Delivers an exceptional guest experience that ensures all guest needs are exceeded. Creates a positive environment and works closely with all hotel team members. Performs all tasks in an efficient and timely manner to meet required administrative responsibilities. Cheerfully greet, interact with guests, including making food and drink suggestions. Prepare and clean tables, replenishing condiments and utensils. Assist with dishwashing, dining room, and kitchen cleanup. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or special considerations. Communicate clearly with guests about dishes, including any dietary accommodations or special requests. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of courses according to the fixed menu sequence. Master the fixed menu items, including ingredients, portioning, and presentation. Manage multiple tables or guest groups efficiently without compromising service quality. Handle all service equipment safely, including trays, carts, and beverage stations. Adapt to the pace and style of different events, from formal weddings to corporate meetings. REQUIREMENTS
