What You Will Do Set up and maintain proper table settings, including flatware, glasses, napkins, condiments, and décor Ensure salt and pepper shakers, sugar holders, and other table items are clean and fully stocked Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to residents and guests Serve meals in an orderly manner (serve from the left, pour beverages and clear from the right) Clear tables between courses and remove dishes efficiently Transport dishes to the kitchen after meal service Clean and reset tables and chairs for the next meal service Sweep and mop dining areas as needed Assist with preparation and service for special events and functions Build positive relationships with residents, families, and guests while maintaining a friendly and cheerful attitude Support overall dining operations and perform other duties as assigned Why You Are Qualified High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred (1+ year) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted Why You Should Apply Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more) Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday pay Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement within the community Know someone who would be a great fit?
