Job Description
Join Our Team! We're looking for a dependable, energetic Food Runner who takes pride in keeping the restaurant running smoothly. This position is much more than delivering food—our food runners play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, stocking supplies, supporting the kitchen, and ensuring guests receive fast, friendly service. If you enjoy staying busy, working with a team, and taking initiative, we'd love to meet you. Responsibilities Deliver food accurately and promptly to guests. Wash dishes and keep the dish area clean throughout your shift. Put away clean dishes and keep storage organized. Prepare paper-lined serving trays as needed. Check, stock, rotate, and date all sauce bottles. Keep sauces and sauce stations fully stocked. Assist with general cleaning and organization to keep the restaurant operating efficiently. Team Expectations Every food runner is responsible for helping with dishes unless management approves an exception. During busy shifts, additional food runners may be scheduled to assist with dishwashing so cooks can remain on the line. During slower shifts, kitchen staff and food runners work together to keep dishes caught up. Respect team leads and communicate any concerns to management professionally. Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable and punctual. Able to lift up to 20 pounds. Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods, including stairs. Ability to multitask and work well with others.
