In this dual role, you are the ultimate hospitality hybrid—acting as the first warm welcome our guests receive at the front door and the vital support system that keeps our dining room running smoothly. Whether you are managing the waitlist, guiding guests to their tables, or helping the service team clear and reset, your main goal is to ensure a seamless, high-quality dining experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities Dining Room Flow & Maintenance Table Turnover:

Promptly clear (bus) plates, glassware, and utensils between courses and after guests depart. Reset tables swiftly and accurately according to our standard tabletop templates.

Water & Beverage Service:

Proactively greet newly seated tables with water service and assist servers with beverage refills throughout the meal.

Pre-Busing:

Maintain a clean table surface for guests by removing empty plates, used napkins, and unnecessary glassware during their dining experience.

Polishing & Prep:

Polish glassware, flatware, and plates to ensure spotless presentation. Restock service stations with clean linens, ice, and service ware.

Food Running:

Delivering food to guests and insuring they have everything they need.

Seating & Seating Flow:

Guide guests to their tables, present menus. Monitor dining room flow to ensure tables are sat evenly across server sections.

Qualifications & Skills Experience:

Prior experience in a restaurant (as a Busser, Food Runner, Server Assistant or host) is preferred, but we are highly willing to train anyone with a great attitude and strong work ethic.

Pace & Stamina:

Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods, move quickly, and lift/carry service trays weighing up to 30 lbs.

Team First Mindset:

A positive attitude and a willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.

Communication:

Strong verbal communication skills to coordinate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff in a loud environment.

Availability:

Flexible schedule, including the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour
