Good servers understand the menu and drinks creating an experience that exceeds customers' needs and expectations. Compensation includes salary and tips. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks Keep tables clean and tidy at all times Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations Prepare non-alcoholic beverages Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Deliver checks and collect payments from guests Restock and replenish restaurant inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the restaurant organized, stocked and clean No experience necessary
