Full job description About us Kumo Asian Garden is a small business in Cleveland, TN. Our goal is to serve quality sushi and hibachi. ```Requirements```
- Must be 18 years of age to serve alcohol
- Must have TABC License (within 61 days) ```Duties```
- Greet and seat guests
- Take food and drink orders
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during preparation and serving
- Provide excellent guest service, addressing any questions or concerns
- Hand cash payments to host/ hostess
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
