Weekend/Daytime/Evening Servers

Job description BrickTop is looking for professional individuals to help run the busiest department of the restaurant! We are a from-scratch restaurant serving steaks, salads, seafood, sushi, and sandwiches. We are looking for those people with a sincere desire to make our guest experience the best it can be.

We offer:

Comprehensive training. Food discounts. Flexible scheduling (only three permanent shifts required). Easy shift transfers. No late nights, we close at 9:00 pm Sunday - Thursday and 10:00 pm Friday and Saturday. Insurance for all full-time staff.

Responsibilities:

Take food and drink orders from customers accurately and with a positive attitude. Knowledge of the menu, with the ability to make suggestions.

Requirements:

A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with bussers, cooks, and other staff. Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised.
