Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Process sales transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods Upsell menu items including cocktails, wines, spirits, and specialty dishes to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Assist with food handling, preparation support, and bussing tables to ensure a clean and organized dining area Maintain comprehensive knowledge of menu offerings, including wine knowledge and cocktail recipes to answer guest inquiries confidently Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or bars Strong customer service skills with the ability to build guest relations and handle diverse customer needs gracefully Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order entry and sales processing Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts Knowledge of beverage service including spirits experience, wine pairing, cocktail creation, and drink service techniques Basic math skills for processing payments accurately and managing sales transactions efficiently Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences.
