Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff Recommend menu items and upsell specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and presentation Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive atmosphere Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to support smooth operations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems like OpenTable and perform basic math for billing purposes Requirements Proven restaurant experience with a strong background in food service and guest relations Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable Experience in fine dining environments or nightclubs is highly desirable Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Excellent time management skills to juggle multiple tables efficiently in a fast-paced setting Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Previous host/hostess or serving experience preferred; bartending or food preparation experience is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods while maintaining energetic engagement with guests Basic math skills for cash handling and billing accuracy Demonstrated ability to work well within a team in a hospitality environment Join us as a Server and bring your passion for exceptional guest experiences to life!
