Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that every customer leaves satisfied. Your ability to upsell menu items and provide knowledgeable recommendations will enhance the overall guest experience in our vibrant restaurant environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders . Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, adhering to food handling standards. Assist in setting up and clearing tables efficiently throughout service. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of orders. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for payments. Skills Previous experience in a restaurant is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Knowledge of food handling practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills with a focus on helping guests feel welcome. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
