Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness Upsell menu items including specialty cocktails, wine selections, and premium spirits to enhance guest experience and increase sales Process cash and card transactions accurately, handling cash handling and cashiering responsibilities with integrity Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols, proper food handling, and sanitation practices in all areas of service Assist with bussing tables, setting up dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a focus on guest relations Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms for sales transaction processing Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle diverse situations gracefully Beverage expertise including cocktail preparation, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, and drink service techniques Ability to multitask effectively with strong time management skills in fast-paced settings Basic math skills for accurate bill calculation and cash handling procedures Experience in fine dining or nightclub environments is a plus, demonstrating adaptability across different hospitality settings Knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper food handling practices Join us as a Server where your enthusiasm meets your expertise!
