Server

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation
• Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions or concerns
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Process payments accurately using POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, including tables, chairs, and condiments
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements:

• Previous experience in guest services or customer service preferred
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety practices
• Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus
