The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately while maintaining a high standard of service. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist in bussing tables and ensuring cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients and preparation methods, to answer guest inquiries effectively. Support catering events as needed, ensuring that all food handling practices are followed. Uphold high standards of cleanliness in both front-of-house and back-of-house areas. Assist with any additional tasks assigned by management to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in catering or hospitality is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
