Responsibilities Servers (2 Openings) & Bartenders (1 Opening): Greet guests warmly upon arrival and deliver exceptional, friendly service. Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system, ensuring clear communication with the kitchen and bar staff. Provide detailed menu descriptions to enhance the guest experience and promote upselling opportunities. Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation. Process cash and credit transactions efficiently, ensuring absolute accuracy in sales transactions. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, service stations, bars, and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards. Support guest relations by addressing questions or concerns promptly, fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Assist with food handling, bussing tables, and supporting your teammates during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
