• We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team at Sawyer's Farmhouse.

We are seeking individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working as part of a team, and are committed to creating exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities Provide guests with quality customer service by demonstrating excellent knowledge of all menu items Serve food and beverages in a punctual, courteous, efficient, and accurate manner Act as an advocate for the restaurant, creating personal guest experiences that inspire return visits Support and assist your team while keeping all areas clean, dry, and safe for coworkers Greet and welcome guests, promptly attending to tables Receive and process guest orders accurately using the POS system Learn and maintain detailed knowledge of food, beverages, and allergy information Ensure guests have an enjoyable, memorable experience and communicate any complaints to management Perform side work as needed Lift and carry up to 20 lbs when required Attend all company and restaurant-required trainings and meetings Maintain open communication with support staff and management Qualifications Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment Reliable transportation Must be able to work weekends Valid Alcohol Server Permit (required) Strong communication skills with customers, coworkers, and management Passion for creating and personalizing guest experiences Ability to learn, retain, and present product and menu information Multi-task oriented with attention to detail Knowledge of workplace safety procedures Relevant certifications (when applicable) ✨ Why Join Us?
