Sundrop Shoppe is looking for a friendly, energetic Server to join our team! As a Server, you'll be the face of our shop, delivering great food, ice cream, and even better hospitality to every guest who walks through our door.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests with a warm, welcoming attitude Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen Prepare and serve ice cream items, including scoops, sundaes, and other frozen treats Serve food and beverages promptly and with care Answer questions about menu items, specials, and ingredients Process payments accurately and handle cash/card transactions Bus and reset tables between guests Maintain a clean, organized dining area and ice cream station Step in to help with dishes or other tasks in the kitchen as needed Work as part of a team to ensure smooth, efficient service during busy shifts

Qualifications:

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred, but not required Willingness to learn how to prepare ice cream items (scooping, sundaes, toppings, etc.) Must hold a valid TN ABC (alcohol server) license Comfortable working in a family-friendly environment with lots of kids around Patient and kind when serving elderly customers Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy periods Reliable and punctual Ability to stand and be on your feet for extended periods Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends We offer a supportive team environment and the chance to grow with a local, family-friendly business.
