Job Description
MUST BE AT LEAST 18
years of age because we serve beer.PAY RATE
is based on server's hourly rate plus tips. ```Duties```- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food
- Prepare beverages
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a timely manner
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guest
- Provide excellent guest service and address any concerns or complaints
- Perform closing procedures and tasks for your assigned area. ```Experience```
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred but not required
- Knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
