Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements using reservation systems such as Aloha or similar platforms Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems like Aloha POS ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Manage guest inquiries, resolve concerns promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to foster guest satisfaction and loyalty Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through POS systems Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with food handling procedures in compliance with food safety regulations Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation or food handling tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment Assist with event setups or nightclub service when applicable, contributing to a lively atmosphere while ensuring guest safety and comfort Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as host/hostess, server, or bartender is highly preferred Familiarity with restaurant POS systems including Aloha POS Experience working in fine dining establishments or nightclubs is a plus Strong knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices within the food industry Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining high-quality guest interactions Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing memorable hospitality experiences Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction processing are essential Prior experience in food preparation, serving, bussing, or supporting kitchen operations is advantageous Join our team to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant environment where your enthusiasm makes every guest feel special!
