Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements, providing a hospitable first impression. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring clarity and attention to detail. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments through OpenTable or similar reservation systems. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery, supporting smooth restaurant operations. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing questions, accommodating special requests, and fostering positive guest relations. Requirements Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food handling, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in upselling menu items to maximize sales opportunities. Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and transaction processing. Culinary or kitchen experience is a plus but not required; a passion for the food industry is essential.
