Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff and bartenders Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring overall satisfaction Assist with food handling, food preparation support, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements and optimize guest flow Qualifications Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably with fine dining or nightclub settings Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS; familiarity with OpenTable is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to multitask effectively while managing time efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, cashiering, and billing accuracy Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Previous experience in serving, host/hostess roles, or food industry positions is highly desirable Culinary experience or kitchen background is a bonus for understanding menu items and preparation processes Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
