In this role, you will deliver food and beverage orders directly to guests in their seats, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and presented professionally. Key Responsibilities Pick up prepared food and beverage orders from designated service areas. Deliver orders accurately and efficiently to guests at their seats. Verify order details before delivery to ensure accuracy. Provide friendly, professional, and attentive guest service. Assist guests with basic questions regarding their orders or direct them to the appropriate team member when needed. Handle food and beverages safely and according to venue standards. Navigate stairs, aisles, and crowded seating areas safely. Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned service areas. Communicate order issues, delays, spills, or guest concerns promptly to supervisors. Follow all food safety, sanitation, health, and workplace safety procedures. Support the broader Food & Beverage team with additional duties as required before, during, and after the event. Requirements Previous experience in food service, hospitality, events, or customer service is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, friendly, and professional attitude.
