Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Servers and Server/Bartenders to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services in a fast-paced environment, particularly within a restaurant setting. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dining experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. You will make above average compensation in a wonderful team environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently using a cash register system. Provide detailed menu information and make recommendations based on guest preferences. Ensure that all food items are prepared according to culinary standards and specifications. Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner while ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely delivery of meals. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process payments accurately and efficiently while adhering to basic math principles. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant environment is preferred but not required. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and processing payments. Knowledge of culinary practices is a plus, particularly in relation to food preparation and sanitation standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding customer experiences.
