Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring quick and precise entry Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Assist with bussing tables, cleaning, and resetting stations to ensure a smooth flow of service Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including cashiering and processing payments. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and uphold food safety protocols Provide excellent guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a memorable experience Experience Previous restaurant or food industry experience is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures is essential Basic math skills for cash handling Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional hospitality!
