About the Role We are looking for an energetic, reliable Server/Host to join the team at Potter's Pizza. In this dual role, you'll be the first face our guests see when they walk through the door and the primary reason they have a great dining experience. Whether you're seating families, taking orders, or keeping the dining room running smoothly, your goal is to bring great hospitality and a positive attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities Host Duties:

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage the waitlist, and seat party tables efficiently to balance server workloads.

Server Duties:

Take food and beverage orders accurately, answer menu questions, and deliver fresh pizza and drinks in a timely manner.

Guest Experience:

Check in on tables throughout their meal, address special requests, and handle POS payment transactions accurately.

Team Operations:

Pre-bus tables, clean and sanitize dining areas between guests, and assist with light side-work (restocking supplies, folding boxes, rolled silverware). Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a server, host, or busser in a restaurant setting preferred (but willing to train the right attitude!). Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-first mindset. Ability to multitask and stay calm during busy lunch and dinner rushes. Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays/food items for extended periods. Basic math and POS handling skills. Perks & Benefits Pay is configuration is server wage plus tips.
